Pilates Session Options
Pilates 1-to-1 in the Studio (£35.00)
A personalised session whereby you will have my full attention. Ideal for anyone recovering from injury needing rehabilitation or for those that need specific exercises to correct their posture.
Pilates 1-to-1 in your home (From £25)
I can also visit you at home for a private 1 to 1 session or you can visit my home, prices on request depending on your location. During the summer you can use my garden to have an outdoor Pilates 1 to 1 session.
Pilates 2-to-1 (£20 per person)
A tailored Pilates session with just 2 people. You could either bring a friend or family member to join you as your second person or I could pair you with someone with a similar condition if you are happy for me to do so.
Pilates Class (From £8)
A weekly 1 hour Pilates class in small groups of no more than 10 people. Mat-based Pilates exercises to improve posture, core strength, flexibility and balance. Using hands-on correction to perfect technique and ensure the exercise are always effective and safe. Pilates Classes are held at You Massage Therapy every Monday and Southampton Rowing Club on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
Pre/Post Natal Pilates Class (From £10)
A weekly 1 hour Pilates class in small groups of no more than 6 people. Mat-based Pilates exercises to improve posture, core and pelvic floor strength and to prepare the body for labour and the baby. Post Natal classes focus on healing the body after labour and strengthening the body to carry out daily activities with the baby.
Orthopaedic Pilates (Price on request)
Pilates exercises focusing on the rehabilitation and management of common orthopaedic conditions such as Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Hypermobility and other Spine, Hip, Knee and Shoulders conditions.
Health Professional (GP) Exercise Referrals (Price on request)
For individuals with the following conditions: Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, COPD, Asthma, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Depression, Anxiety, Low Back Pain & Joint Replacements.
Low Back Pain Exercise Specialist – Aiming to qualify late 2018
